Dear Forum Members
I am trying to request my immigration history from the HO. Is it true that I cannot do it own my own and require a solicitor to do so for me?
Any advise is appreciated.
There's no need for a solicitor. It's a simple online request.

Hi Casa
Thank you for your reply friend. After further research, I applied for it today. Written confirmation of a true likeness is required for photo id with specific line ''
“I certify that this is a true likeness of [full name of applicant]”
and is to be certified by
-a legal representative, registered with the Office for the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC)
-a solicitor, barrister or chartered legal executive
-a commissioner for oaths
-a registered charity
My lovely commissioner for oaths charged me £15 for this. Since I applied for basic records it did not cost me anything for HO.

I shall update about this.
