Family ties for tier 1 entrepreneur

I have a query, My all family is here in uk, I mean my mother, brother, sister, uncles, cousins and now all are settled including my mother.
I have no one in my home country and have no home to live as well.
I am on tier 1 entrepreneur, have genuine business and now starting a new business after consulting marcnath.
I have my own properties in uk and my wife and kids are my dependants.
My question is that do I have very strong ties with this country and is it true that I can switch to human rights route as well?
I am asking all these because these days home office is refusing for stupid reasons and I want my backup plan ready for worst situation and my application is still in process.
By the way my 10 years are completing in October 2018.
