Number Of Days Allowed outside the UK for Leave To Remain (Refugee)

Dear All,
I struggled a lot searching through the Home Office or the UKVI websites trying to find an answer to my query, even calling different numbers for the above would not allow me to find the answer so i hope someone can help with a governmental link as a proof so i rest in peace.
Iam a refugee with a Leave to remain 5 years in the UK and I would like to know how many days i can travel outside the UK in one year or 5 years in total ? Can my travel outside the UK affect my future ILR application if so in what matter please? Is there a number for UKVI or email i can communicate so i get an official written reply?
