Sponsoring visitor visa for my Husband working in Saudi Arabia_He cannot show his Bank statements (Payroll Account)

Hi Everyone!
I am working in UK from December, 2017. And my Income per annum is also more then required for sponsoring.
I want to fully sponsor my husband's visit visa application. He is doing good job in Saudi Arabia from last 3 years and also can provide the salary slips but unfortunately cannot provide the Bank statements due to the payroll accounts. I want to ask that if I can provide him every evidence i.e, 6 months Bank statements, salary slips, Employer contract/ Letter, Accommodation, Travel Expenses etc. is there a chance for our application to be successful?
Also how much amount do I need to maintain in my Bank and for how long time for a standard visitor visa.
