Hello fellow posters,
I have been a silent observer of this forum for years and I find it very insightful and helpful to all.

I just wanted a little bit of advice if possible. Or rather information.

I have just filed a JR claim and I was wondering how long it usually takes to receive an answer from the judge either way. If refused on paper I know I can appeal and go to an oral hearing.

I just want to know how long I have to wait. This is a nightmare and I font know how long I will have to wait to have a final answer.
