Hi everyone,

My Question is that any european national living in ÚK claiming Some benefits like child benefit & child tax credit or working tax credit while working part time in UK will make effect on decsion of EEA PR APPLICATION in uk.
Does european national fulfilling his/her treaty rights in UK while claimg benefits as well.
