Hi there
I recently applied for a Tier 2 (General) visa application from outside of the UK. I was under time pressure at the time of filling in the application form, and did not complete the 'pointed claimed' section. I left it totally blank. Note that this section was not a 'required field', meaning that I was able to submit my application successfully with it left blank.
Is this likely to read to refusal of my visa application? As the section was not a required field, I hope that non-completion would not automatically lead to rejection. Could it be that the case officer will simply determine the points that I wish to claim based on the evidence I provided?
Any thoughts or comments would be much appreciated. This has truly been a source of great stress, and I am kicking myself for being so careless and rushing the process.
Thanks
