Passport Documents Arrived Before Passport.

Hey Guys,

Just received my passport documents in the post back for a first time application today but the actual passport hasn't arrived and I haven't had a text, on the website it says you will receive them a couple of days after the passport arrived. Have they changed the system or shall I expect my passport to come soon? it's been nearly 3 weeks so much earlier than I expected either way!
