Electronic Payslip Verification

Post by bbarling11 » Fri Apr 13, 2018 11:55 am

Hi All,

I'm applying for ILR via spouse route. I've been in the UK for 5 years on 2 x 2.5 year visas.

I easily meet the income threshold, however, all my payslips are electronic - they get emailed each month.

Should I have each of the payslips and P60 signed/initialled by my boss, along with an accompanying employers letter with my salary and employment details? Obviously, this will match the verified bank statements.

Also, how far back do I need to go? Is 12 months sufficient, or 18 months better?

Thanks.

Yes

Minimum is 6 months required preceeding the date for an application of ILR.
Thanks.
