EEA FM Processing times

Hi
I have applied for my husband's EEA fm residency and I am concerned about the processing times. Does anybody know how long is it taking? His current one expires on the 2nd May and he needs it for work.

It varies from one case to another. It can take up to 6 months. Mine took approximately 4 months. And with regards to the work permit, probably you should receive a COA with permit to work or not within a few weeks/days from your application submittion date. This COA acts as a work permit and can be provided to the employee.

i need to apply for my wife EEA FM Card,she is a none Eu so my question is .
what form should i fill and what documents should i submit to Home office.

MAYBE A LETTER FROM FAMILY SAYING ITS LEGIT EG YOUR PARENTS
MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
