EEA family permit holder

Post by Prince911 » Fri Apr 13, 2018 8:44 pm

Good evening guys,

I'm a non EU family member of an EEA national. My 5 years EEA family permit will expire in 6 months time.
My spouse has left the UK after the Brexit. I have been employed for the last 5 years... contracts, pay slips, p60....etc.

We have lived together for 3 years, she was employed, then maternity cover, child benefit, housing benefit.....etc. Now I'm left alone in the UK, as she took my son with her, so separated is my marital status.
I do have ILR in another EU member state (not the UK).

What are my options now?

1 - Am I eligible to apply for UK ILR ?
2 - Am I eligible for EEA family permit renewal ( my son is EU passport holder)?
3 - IF 1 and 2 are not accepted in my case, is there a possibility to apply for any other visa category?
knowing I'm a holder of Bsc. degree of English language, TESL.....and more.

Thanks for your replies in advance,
