Tier 2 ICT Long Term just after Tier 2 ICT Short Term visa

Hello,

I am an Indian.

I was in UK from February 2017 to January 2018 on Tier 2 ICT short term staff (I learn that this visa category is closed since April 2017).

I am still employed with the same company and there is now a requirement for which I have to be in UK as soon as possible.

Please can you advise if I/Company can apply for Tier 2 ICT LONG term staff visa right now ? and for how long I can get the visa.
