Tier 2 extension - English requirement

Hello All,

I have Tier 2 minister of religion visa which is expiring in June. I have to apply for extension with same employer pretty soon.
i have couple of question Regarding English proficiency proof.
1. would i need to give a SELT approved test again?
or
2. Can i use my Test Result which i used with my initial application in year 2013.
However this test was UKVI approved at that time but not anymore.
I am post graduate from India with major language as English.Is there a
way to prove English proficiency by some other means (considering time limitation).
Please help as i am running very short of time.
