New born visa - fees

Post by drane » Sat Apr 05, 2008 10:33 am

hello pal,

I am in UK on hsmp, my son is born in india. Now they will be coming to UK only for the summer and they will go back after 3mons and so do I, so do i have to pay visa fees same as of dependant HSMP visa or shall I apply for visit visa?

because there is huge difference in fees between HSMP dependant & visitor visa

any suggestions are most welcome.

Regards
drane

If you want to eventually include your son in your future settlement application as your dependant, then apply for an dependant HSMP visa, else apply for a visitor visa.
