Refugee Status - Biometric Problem

Hi i received my biomatrics 3 times every time it don't work in post office
Bar code didn't scanned.
Post office stamped that the bar code not worked 3 times .
What i have to do should i have to go to Liverpool in person or what.?
I don't have any specific number to call them
I have been issued asylum staus but still waiting for refugee card
Any help please?
