new entrant vs experienced hires

Hi,

can anyone please explain to me the difference between new entrant rcos and experienced rcos ?
I qualify for a new entrant rcos with 50 points and I would like to know if applying for an rcos under new entrant gives me more chances of getting my rcos vs if I apply as an experienced hire
