Error with license number while completing T2 application

Hello All

Please can some one help me with this ? My employed has got T2 sponsor licence issued after HO visit. Following that I have been issued COS. My employer name is in T2 sponsors public register. COS is In Assigned state.
However, when I am trying to do T2 application online, I get the following error -
Licence number not found - please check the number. Enter your employer's sponsor licence number, not your Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) reference number

Please can one help on this ?

Just to confirm I am using the correct number that my HR gave. I have COS in pdf format downloaded from SMS

I don't think anyone here would be able to help in this. Correct me if I am wrong.
The sponsor license number is given by your employer (as available on CoS) and you need to ask your employer to give the correct one if the number is not found.

I understand it's already in assigned state and in the T2 sponsor register, but it's worth checking again in the Register of Sponsors list (https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... onsors.pdf).
Otherwise, Check with your HR swiftly.
