ESTA need help

Hi ,

I need some help regarding ESTA . Me my wife and our kids have British passport. We are planing to take our kids this summer holiday to New York. My brothers and sister live in US.

I have been arrested 11 years ago . Criminal offence was I had bought a mobile phone from guy . Couple of hours later Police came to my place and asked me did you bought a mobile phone? I said yes and i paid £40 for it . And then Police officer said to me you didn't know mobile phone was stolen . I said if i knew it mobile phone was stolen i won't buy it. Weird thing was Police didn't give me any warraning as it was my first offence . I was convicted and ended up in prison for 1 month for this offence .

Now it has been 11 years and cover rehabilitation period.I have seen ESTA questions asking have you ever been arrested ? What should i say there ? Yes or No
