EUTR - Reasons for your visa refusal?

Apologies if this is a duplicate but I have seen a lot of visa application decisions on the visa decision website which has just the following reason stated:

ID:- You have failed to prove that you qualify as a beneficiary of Directive 2004/38/EC.

If anyone here received just that reason for refusal, would you mind sharing what were the exact reasons that were stated in the refusal letter?

I guess that would really help those applying in the future to make sure to fix those issues in the initial application phase instead of correcting them in the appeal phase.

Apologies for making a sweeping statement but in most cases refusals happen as a consequence of the person applying (EU Citizen) not familiarising with the Directive beforehand. Perhaps a “Pinned” guidance post could be useful with type of evidence required under the Directive?

The Directive is fairly clearly on who does and doesn’t qualify. The application form would also prompt you to provide evidence of the non EU member as either the spouse or dependent family member. The guidance notes albeit not in great detail ask you to provide the relevant evidence.

what about these people who already living inside the ireland exercising eu treaty rights when they apply EUfam visa INIS same published the decision on website with application number or just who apply outside the country
