Foreign to English language translation question

Hi there, I am inviting my parents to visit the UK in this summer and their property document is not in English. Its a 15 pages sale deed document. Should this be translated page by page or a summary of the document is enough?

I ask this because most of the pages just have seals and signature, the main pages stating the ownership is only about 3? is the summary enough or they expect each and every page to be translated?
