Tier 2 Main applicant apply for ILR separately with dependants

Hi! I am on Tier 2 visa and due to complete my 5 years on july 31, 2018. I came with my husband on July 31, 2013. and our daughetr came to UK a year later. She was born outside UK. Our Tier 2 visa will expiry on June 2019, all at the same time.I just would like to seek advise on ILR application, and if you can answer my queries, i would greatly appreaciate it. Thank you.

1. Is it possible that I apply for ILR first by premium service, and then my husband and daughter apply by postal when I have my ILR? as it would cost too much if we all apply at the same time via premium service. If so, what could be the impact on my or their application? Do you advise we all apply all at the same time by postal? Premium servise is a bit too expensive for the 3 of us.

2. Is it set O form that they have to use? will it be my husband as the main applicant?

3. On section 5 - home and finances - 5.6 of above form it asks for working details. do we need to omit this?

4. Does my husband need to send his payslips? and bank statement? Along with my payslips and bank statements for 3 mos? Also, how much is the maintenance for both of them?

5. Lastly, does a housing association included in the public fund benefit? We pay our rent to the housing association/accommodation for NHS workers (2 bed flat for 1260) and its debited from my bank account monthly.
