Hello am new here , i have a question
my SOC is 2127 working 40hr on £35750 p/a currently ,i know the salary threshold is £35000 on 39 hrs, i just want to know if am fine as am due in few months for ILR.

now the threshold is 35500, from 6 april 2018.

If your job role falls under shortage occupation list of SOC codes then you are fine with this salary but if not then it is pretty close, you may need to request a salary review to your employer. I would take this opportunity to negotiate with employer anyway

Thank you @apsk ,my job role (SOC 2127 : Production Engineer) was on the shortage list when i did my last tier 2 extension.Although the soc code is still there but the role is not .
