Hello,
We submited our EEA(PR) application online at the beginning of February, then used the European Passport Service at our local council to send the documents and they were received by HO a coupel of days later (checked on Royal Mail website). It's been 11-12 weeks and we haven't received anything at all. Now, checking the forums here, I read that people were receiving an email acknowledgment of their application after submitting the documents. Should we have received one too? Should I worry?
Also, today I requested our documents back because it's been so long and we will need them soon. The website where I requested the documents said that they would send a confirmation email but AGAIN we have not received anything!!
Please advise, I am panicking now thinking that HO has misplaced our application and documents and we'll have to start from scratch!
