hsmp withdrawn, getting married, applying for spouse visa

Hi guys
could you please guide me

after having waited for almost a year for my hsmp review, i have decided to go back to india and get married.

q1? how long wil it take?
q2? what documents do i need
could you please list them in the order of priority

my main sponser would be my would be wife , now my fiance, we have a shop , business is in her name,

she also has some money in her current account and savings account.

we will be buying a house when we come back but for the time in between , we will be staying at her dads house,

the house is in dads name...
so what documents would i need from him,
