Dear Gurus,
In Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Application Form (version 04/2018) Page 43

Employee Payment Records, original HM Revenue & Customs P45 or P46 (if applicable).

Is that box mandatory to be ticked?
I started the employment in 2015, shall I tick this box or not.
