Job Creation Acceptable or NOT

Hi.

Behave of my friend need to confirm this question. For my point is acceptable but for senior members can share some points.

My friend has 9 staff but 7 staffs all of them working for clients offices locations under clients supervisors but they report performance every month for my friend.

All staff on her payroll, RTI And my friend responsible to pay all staff on time, she sending invoices to the client.

Her business, Staffing services.

So question is her 7 job acceptable for job creations?

@natsa, It seems she is running a recruitment agency.

Is your friend paying the monthly salary? Or just paying monthly?

Is Recruitment agency business prohibited? Or a grey area as per guidance?

Is she having ‘employment’ contract with her employees? Or ‘contract for services’ with them?

Is she paying any VAT to them? Or is she paying all the VAT from client contracts to HMRC?

Don't see any reason why not.

Yes, she Doing Recruitment & Staffing Services.

All staff has contracted with her company and she paying a monthly according to total hours work.

She charges Vat to clients on of staffing services.

I think is acceptable because she paying salary to all staff, she running payroll with HMRC through Accountant, She paying FPS, RTI to HMRC + Pensions And she sending payslip to all staff.

Any senior member more?
