Wrong visa

II have applied for uk visa application under tier 2 general category by mistake instead of tier 2 general shortage occupation. Actually I have to apply for tier 2 general shortage occupation.
Will it attracts rejection

It could be rejected if you did not meet the salary requirement and submit the proof of RLMT.

Was your COS issued for shortage occupation?
