I have claimed Asylum in the UK in Nov 2017, gave screening Interview and they've hold my Passports.... but still waiting for the second Interview. well, my Questions are:
1 - They said you have to report on weekly or monthly basis but, since 5 months I have not received any date for reporting, I have applied for accommodation and financial assistance but they never replied me just said you have to wait for this as well, I don't know whats going on their mind.
2 - My family here planning and asking me to get married here with British citizen.... So, my question is, After getting married to UK Citizen while my case is still pending, Can I get Spouse Visa ? and Can I withdraw my Asylum Claim and will HO give me my passports back? So, I would re-visit my home country in future..
3- If i am able to get my passports back from HO with valid spouse 5 years Visa, Is there any problem while returning to UK at Immigration from my Home country?
