Name change for British passport

Hi

I got my naturalization certificate last week. I have to apply for british passport now . My passport have first name but no surname but I want to add surname in the British passport. What are the options do I have so that I can add surname as well?
I thought of getting the deed poll for name change.There are couple of websites which offer deed poll but which is the legitimate one?
