Can I work part time whilst on Tier 2 ICT visa

Hi,

I am holding ICT long term UK visa, and staying in UK from last 3 years. I am full time employed with an IT company and am willing to pursue my hobby in modelling.

I have also got an offer from a modelling agency and want to get your expert opinion before I sign the contract with them - which specifically asks - "As you allowed to work legally in the UK..?"

Can you please confirm, I am/should be taking a part time job on my current leave to remain, as the agency is asking me about lots of details including my NI number as well.
