Visitor Visa for Mother - REFUSED

Post by nicksharma » Tue Apr 24, 2018 5:31 pm

HELP REQUIRED

I'm on ICT Long term visa in UK & applied visitor visa for my mother, which got refused. All required documentation was shared, however the in refusal letter, ECO refused the visa with below comments:

"You have submitted a bank statement and a government document (Property Registry document, which they failed to recognize, even though I mentioned in the letter). You have submitted n other documents from india to demonstrate your circumstances here. You have not provided any evidence of what other family you have in India and what assets, savings, or other ties you have to india. Without these details I have been unable to assess your personal economic and financial circumstances in India."

Now I want to reapply the application for my mother & I'm adding below 'additional documents' to show her saving, assets & family in India:
  • Property document
    Bank savings
Joint FD Savings with my Father
Monthly Rent transaction from one property
    Father's Identity documents,
Father's Pension documents, included her name in that as nominee
My elder brother's Identity document, his Employment letter, ITR etc
Letter to embassy - Mentioning about rest of the family details & her intentions to come back, as all of her family lives in India.
Can anyone please advise me what additional documents I can add to show her intentions to come back to India, which she obviously will.

Cheers
