Hello world,
I am 23 years old Pakistani female and have lived with my family for 10 years in the UK.
We came here on the basis of visitor visa. However, we took an asylum. At that time i was under 18 so i was on my parents joint asylum.
We were refused asylum however we stayed here. Is there any way or any possibility that we have the right to stay in the UK.
Also because of brexit will the government introduce any amnesty for over stayers?
i dont know what to do anymore, should i wait or leave UK?
