Wife visa

Post by Darkside » Wed Apr 25, 2018 7:42 pm

Hi All.
I need guidance for my wife visa.
She came under Tier 1 general dependent (entry clearence) in Sep 14.
Her visa was expired on June 15 with mine visa.
I applied for indefinite visa sameday service on May 15 and was told they have to investigate further and grant me visa after 2 months in July 15.
I post FLR O for my wife visa as i was waiting for my ILR and she was granted 30 months visa in Dec 15 after sending some more supporting documents that we are living together and have child etc. which will expire in June 18 . And on letter it was mentioned she have to spend 10 year through this category before applying for settlement.
Now i am applying for FLR M. And on this she will have another 2.5 year visa.

My question is next year Sep 19 she will complete her 5 year
10 month on tier 1 dependent as wife
6 month waiting for decisions. (New visa start date was Dec 15 not June 15 when her visa was expired)
30 months on FLR O (family life husband and son)
And now on FLR M
Can she apply for indefinite leave to remain next year as she will complete 5 years.
Please can i have guidance. Any help and guidance will be appreciated .
Thanks

No. She has to spend at least 5 years on FLR(M) before being eligible for SET(M).
