i am in currently in UK on business vistor visa (6 months standard visa)
my query is that , can i apply to Tier 1 business entreprenuer visa while i am still in UK or do i have to apply from my home country.

does the above statement apply to me

When you applied for your standard visa, did you state the purpose to be " activities as a prospective entrepreneur." ?
During your stay here, did you only carry out any of the "permitted activities" ?
If the answer is No to any of above, you can't switch from within the UK

Yes, you can.
Obviously, you need to total of both.

The maintainance fund should be available in the account for 90 days. Is their a time limit on the investment amount to be held in the bank amount.

Another small query , can i invest my fund by buying shares in a UK business , i am applying for 200k pounds visa.

Pg 16, Table C says:

Money held by you for at least 90 consecutive days, ending no earlier than 31 days before the date of application

But yes, you can apply without the amount being in your bank account for 90 days, but in that case it is treated as third party funding, which I is not your case.

Yes you can buy shares in a UK business. But it has to be new shares so that the money goes into the company, not any other owner. And, of course, you need to be a Director of the business.

Have you read the guidance ? It clearly sets out the documents you need to submit for extension - evidence of investment, job creation, etc.

Please read the guidance document and if there is something not clear, then feel free to post specific questions.
