Indefinite leave to Remain (Long Residency) Fee

Hi,
Has anyone had this problem? and can someone advice me what should I do?

I'm applying for the 'Indefinite Leave to Remain (Long Residency), the form is SET(LR). And I'm trying to book a premium service appointment. I'm aware that the fee for the application now (as of 6th of April 2018) is £2389 and on top of it for the premium service I have to pay £610. So I was expecting to pay £2999 when I'm booking the appointment, however in the first step it says "you are paying £2907", and in the next step is says "amount £2887*. I'm confused here now. If I pay this amount and then at my appointment, will they tell me that I've not payed the correct amount so my application can not be reviewed and that I will loose my money.
Can someone advice me what should I do?
