Tier 1 Entrepreneur - ILR Transitional arrangement.

Post by tier1enterpreneur » Fri Apr 27, 2018 7:03 pm

Hello All. I have read the policy guidance but wanted to confirm with all the gurus here.
I was granted initial visa on March 2014 - that puts me in the pre-transitional arrangement category.

It took a year for me to get the extension which is after the initial 3 years hence I am on Tier 1 Entrepreneur for 4 years already. I want to apply for ILR next year as it completes my 5 years even though my current visa is valid till 2020.

I read three examples of job creation
1 for 24 months
1 for 6 month and 1 for 18 months
4 for 6 months.

I just wanted to clarify that it is not limited to the above variations and I can have
1 for 12 months 1 for 2 months and 3rd for 10 months without any issue ?
Also if the pay may vary with the same job title for 1 thats was 2 months and the other one for 10 month inspite of having same job title.

Want to achieve the criteria before the transitional arrangement is no longer valid after April 2019.

Just don't want to be safe before panicking last minute.

Please advise.

Thanks.

Hey there, I remember asking this question once on here. I was told as long as you complete 24 months in any way possible it should be fine. From what I can see and from what I was told it is not just limited to these 3 options
