It was ALWAYS clear that they will accept monthly payslip.mohsensari wrote: ↑Sat Apr 28, 2018 2:15 amI’ve check the newest policy (v. 4/2018) , HO has removed monthly words from the guidance.
In evidence of job creation (FPS requirement ) it was a paragraph which it said “ the total payments made to the settlement workers on Hmrc document must show third earning for each week or month that they worked for you.”
This and and at the end of policy (job creation example) confirm that they will accept the monthly payslip and FPS.
As in new policy wasn’t clear about monthly and they removed all monthly words, shall we transfer from monthly to weekly to be in safe side?
Monthly hours have never been specified in the immigration rules, which supersedes the guidance anyway.mohsensari wrote: ↑Tue May 01, 2018 12:54 amThanks,
Monthly working hours not clear from the guidance,
Any way if an employer on monthly basis, is 130 hours acceptable per job?
Dose it mean HO using the a formula for example:
While we don't know the exact formula, your example would be pretty close to what I think they do.mohsensari wrote: ↑Tue May 01, 2018 1:29 pmDose it mean HO using the a formula for example:
(Total Gross paid for 12 months / hourly rate= Total hours worked) and then ( Total hours / 52 = weekly working hours) and if it’s more than 30 hours, conciderable as a full time.
They may argue that to prove employee worked exactly 30 hours every week not for example worked 20 hours one week and worked 40 hours the week after.
Pretty much as the context matters here. If you paid an employee consistently on a monthly basis, there is no reason why they should doubt that you are reporting it correctly on the balance of probabilities.mohsensari wrote: ↑Tue May 01, 2018 1:29 pmDose it mean HO using the a formula for example:
