Financial requirerment ( Cash saving )

Hello, Can any one advise me.
In the FLR (M) 4/2018 form. Financial requirement.
Is it mandatory to fill/complete page 27,28,29,30,31,32 & 33
with income/pension etc.
If one wants to use ( D ) cash saving alone?

PS. Is it not advisable to use cash saving? I been reading on here
some people having to wait a long time for the visa to come back.
When they use cash saving.
