You don't need to keep posting every couple of hours. People will answer when they can.
But, to your question - there are no issues with what you are doing.

i had an employee full time since oct 2017 but he left in march 2018 and in same month i hired another full time worker with same job nature
And i had two part employee both were same job nature ( computer operator) since sept 2017 but one part time emplyed left the job in march and i hired another part in same month with same job nature
So please does it break my job creation rules or does it effect anything? Plus two part time with same job natire consider one full time?

What is different from the original question that was replied to ?

Your question is even more confusing.
Job Titles have nothing to do with the immigration rules.
And it is not just any two part time employees equal one full time job. There are other conditions attached to it which I assume you are satisfying.
(b) “The equivalent of” a full time job means two or more part time jobs that add up to 30 hours per week, if each of the jobs exist for at least 12 months.

as in section (b) job exist for at least 12 months, my confusion is my employee left a job last month in march and i hired new employee in same month so does it break the rules coz new employee dosnt cover 12 months as i am applying in oct 2018

It is a JOB that has to cover 12 months, not an employee.
