Apply British Citizenship

Dear Friends ,
i need urgent your help , i am going to apply my citizenship next month, this year march 2018,
i came back from Copenhagen to Edinburgh , early morning of my flight day , i received message from
airline , your flight is cancel due to bad weather condition in Edinburgh, i immediately contact to Danish immigration , they advise me to apply extension schengen visa , because my visa expire , i fill the form, pay fee , they hold/keep my passport,or ask when next flight available ,i confirm from the air line they said after 2 days , next flight is available , i book my next flight or submit with my application , my flight day early morning i contact to immigration to collect my passport , then they said sorry you dont need to apply extension , we simply stump your passport or you go back , again advise me you give again application to withdraw your extension visa application , i give application again then next day they give me passport back put the stump on my passport , i speak immigration why you put stump , i apply British citizenship soon , they explain this stump belong to us ,its for our record ,we keep our system update ,(if British immigration ask then we explain your flight is cancel due to bad weather condition ) now i am going to apply online application , my question is (1) shall i disclose this information to British citizenship application ? if yes then how can i explain etc any cover letter attach along with all prof to cancel my flight ? please advise , many thanks
