Hi
I am in a pickle as I was told by my agent to follow an email link to top up my IHS fees, however no email has come through and it's been days. So I just do a new full payment, even though it would have another IHS reference number or do I keep begging them to send me the link as I never received it.
I am rather desperate as we have tried everything including sending our case worker registers letters to ask her to resend the link.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
