ILR for over 18 dependent children

Post by Maria_ahmed17 » Mon Apr 30, 2018 7:17 pm

Hi ,
I arrived in the UK when i was 14 , my mum holds a tier 2 visa and Im her dependent, however by the time we'll apply for an ILR I'll be 18, does that mean I wont be able to apply for one or do I have to go through a different procedure?
