Child born before ILR now in uk on dependent visa

Hi
My question.
My wife and daughter just arrived uk on settlement dependent visa.
Child born before ILR.
Age 5 years

Father had British citizenship just now.

My question when I can apply my child British citizenship.

And what is the procedure.
How long I need to wait.

Wait until both mother and child have ILR.
