Applying for Visitor Visa without BRP Card

Hello Guys,

I'm trying to apply visitor visa for my in-law's, I was the main Tier-2 applicant and my wife is my dependent.

Recently I've applied for ILR on 5 year route, my application has been approved on 12th Apr.

I haven't received my BRP card yet, my post referring to it :

Can I apply for the visitor visa with my ILR approval letter, even without receiving BRP??

I can't apply through my wife because all the funds were kept in my account from January.

Any help/suggestion would be really helpful.
