Potentially lost application

Post by timmyl » Tue May 01, 2018 6:21 pm

Hi all,

My wife is on a T4 expiring mid May 2018 and I am on a T2 ICT. We submitted her application to switch as my T2 dependent and sent this by Royal Mail Signed For on 17th April 2018.

The online tracking is not showing as delivered and a call to Royal Mail suggests it should have arrived. They have begun investigating and our greatest fear is that it's been lost.

Do we have cause for concern, or is it pretty standard that the tracking does not update?

Is there any way to see if the home office has received it?

Thanks
