ILR : Issue

Post by anuk68230 » Tue May 01, 2018 9:14 pm

Hello There,

I am applying for ILR in two weeks and have found an issue that I would request your guidance :

I work for a reputed company and have been on Tier 2 visa for 5 years :
1. The issue is that the flat which I have lived in for last 1 year and the address on my bank statement are not the same. My bank had the address of Aunty on it; however I have been paying rent and lived though a letting agency and paid rent on time which is shown my bank statement and my employer paying salary for the 5 years.

2. My GP address from my previous address is not udpdated. do they check GP address as well; I lived in a temporary accomdation for one month and forgot to get the adddress updated and a new GP; Is this going to cause a problem.

Your advise and suggestion will be greatly appreciate and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Both are not the problem because where you live is not the condition of a Tier 2 to be ILR.

UKVI asks for just a latest bank statement but still 3 months would be more than enough.

It must have the address on it, it must be an original otherwise if printed online (with the address of course) or in branch, it must be stamped(usually dated and branch specific) and signed by the bank for authenticity and if possible an accompanied letter from the branch to confirm it is accurate and true.
These are my 'views' and 'opinions'.
If in doubt always seek professional advice, or at least do a search for the relevant information. :P

If i make any mistakes, You are more than welcome to correct me.
