2nd income for financial requirement

My wife is applying for a spouse settlement visa in UK using me as her sponsor. I am on course to meet the financial requirement through my 2 employments. However, when filling out her form my wife could not find a section to fill in the details of the 2nd employment, only the first. We got advice a while ago and the lawyer informed us i could qualify through 2 incomes. Is this still the case? Why can we not find a space to fill in a 2nd employment on her application form?
