Hi,

I am applying for a settlement visa as my wife is a British citizen. As I understand, we need to mail the documents to Sheffield now. Do we need to submit all the documents at the time of Biometric appointment? I am applying from Chandigarh, India.

I have submitted my online application yesterday and my biometric appointment is for Monday. Do I need to take all the documents with me for submission at the same time or can I submit them later.?My wife has sent the originals from UK this week but the delivery has been delayed and it is expected on Tuesday. My dilemma is that if I postpone the appointment then the epmloyer letter from my sponsor will be more than 28 days old.

Please advise.
