TIER 1 Ent Refused - Any Advice

My tier 1 enterprenuer extension is refused due to application registerd as self employed or director of firm.
i have not submitted that document during extension , because during intial application i was already registered as self employed. and they give me AR.
please give me some suggestion.

Prepare a fresh application and submit again, this time including the relevant document.
You can file an AR to give you some more time if you need to, but that will be unsuccessful anyway.
