Does FLR o rejection has further impact on my tier 2 when I apply from my country

Hi, I came here as a student. Further I applied for my first flr o which got rejected and then I reapplied again. I am waiting for the decision. However I would like to know if I go back to my country and apply for tier 2 visa from a A rated company, do I have problems entering uk again. Please guide me.

if you never violate immigration law, no need to worries as refused visa application normally won't not negative impact your application in future. you just cannot fulfill the requirement of visa you applied.
